Pathetic service from NCR. NO RESPONSE

I requested paid up letters from a credit provider but failed to receive them over a period of 2 years. I then contacted NCR who promised to help me but its now 15 weeks and not one person is responding to my email. You would have to literally call them about 30 times to get through to someone. This is unfair to us South Africans. how do we allow such pathetic service. 15 weeks? so many emails! and still no reply , after me filling all those docs that NCR requested me to fill.
