OPENLY BIAS TOWARDS THEIR REGISTRANTS

The NCR are openly bias towards toxic debt counsellors, we as consumers are last on their list of priorities.

I lodged a formal complaint in March and only received a reference number in late June. After three long months of waiting they issue a notice of non-referral. If it wasn't for Sorren from Case Legal, I would still be stuck under debt review that I never consented to. Don't rely on these fools guys, they're not good for anything
