Not getting the letter I want urgently

I've called the NCR several times on Friday, 4 November 2015. I either get cut off or put through to this one and then to the next one. Eventually I got through to Xoliswa Mahlangu. I then e-mailed my affidavit and ID through. I've called every day since then and either got cut off again or just struggling to get through to her.<br> <br> I PLEASE NEED HELP to get the letter from the NCR.
