NOT CLEARED ON ITC AFTER REMOVAL 4M DEBT COUNSELN

June 2014 I volunteered to remove myself from debt counselling due to unfair practices that I picked up. I joined debt counselling in 2011 and ever since i was under the impression that my debt is been paid. Up until March 2014 when I discovered wrong reference numbers were used for my accounts and some of the accounts were never paid whereas I have proof of payment that the accounts were being paid.<br> <br> i decided to withdraw and the debt counsellor was very effective in sending the 17.4 forms to all the creditors. but now i am sitting with a problem of my name still reflecting that I'm under debt counselling on ITC. i have sent numerous emails and have made numerous call to my debt counsellor and regarding this matter. till today i have not received any correspondence from them.<br> <br> i would like you to please help me resolve this matter as i am unable to move on with my life with that status on my credit profile. I have contacted the debt counsellor million times and i was advised to contact the nor which i did and till today 28 May i have not received any correspondence from the NCR or debt counsellor.<br> <br>
