Non Service from the National Credit Regulator, people who were supposed to help us

I wrote to the NCR, having a problem with the creditor RCS, RE: Petrus Sozabile Mathebula (ID NO.***) // RCS Card (NCRCP38) Ref no: C59468. I am under debt review and the company that was handling my debt review, kept on paying RCS even after we received the paid up letter. R19'000.00 is the extra money paid into RCS, I requested a refund & they only re-imbursed me R1500.00,they still owe me R17'500.00. I wrote and complained at NCR on the 23 September 2023, never got help. launched an internal complain last year (2025) nothing not even acknowledgement of receipt. I gave NCR all supporting documents but I am still not helped todate
