No solution for two years!!

Two years ago, I contacted the NCR to assist me regarding an account that was supposedly outstanding even though I was under debt review and the account was paid in full as per the debt review company's Hyphen PDA statement. I was hounded by the debtor's lawyers and that's when I decided to contact the NCR.

In all this time, I received one positive feedback from the NCR. All the other emails were just to let me know that they are still working on the problem. They never responded on their own, I always had to contact them first.

I guess, by the time they sort out my problem. I'll be dead.
