No Service Whatsoever

<p>Last year my husband and myself were under debt review, we neede help with paying our debt. So finally in May last years everything was settled, we were free of debt...... Our debt councillor submitted our clearance certificate to all our creditors as well as NCR, Transunion etc. The email was sent out 15th September 2016 to everyone. Can you beleive to date our name has not been cleared. If you try calling NCR there is no answer. . . . . Finally I called Transunion and after 4 phone calls they did a dispute and now we have to wait another 21 working days. Howcan this be???? I demand that this matter gets sorts out immdeiately. You had 3 and a half months already surely this matter can be flagged as urgent and get sorted out immediately!!!!!</p>
