No service for the past 7 years!

I have lodged complaints for seven years .I received a read receipt but no response.I have withdrawn my name from a court order which was done by Debt busters 7 years ago and still got no resolution as yet.I asked for debt consolidation and got debt review which the prescribed period has expired. No contact numbers of the NCR works neither do I get response.What does the regulator what me to do ? pay R6050 on a rent to own basis for a vehicle which is over 10years old and rent a property for R8000 a month than owning my own home for the first time.This is really unfair for a consumer to be treated this way !
