No response form NCR

I recently got in touch with a lady named Nokuthula - she send me a form and I did and sent to complains regarding a debt review of Ndc- no one is responding to emails and the calls gets cut - I am not sure who I suppose to help through this - it’s very disappointing because I am under debt review against my own will - it’s like I am trap
