No help from the NCR

I am being failed by the national credit regulator, I wrote to them requesting their assistance but it's been months now and I am not getting help from them. Andisiwe is failing me and protecting Credit Switch , credit switch is not giving me my paid up letters and also not updating my credit report, I don't owe them. I don't know what to do anymore, someone pls help
