No Feedback and Poor Service

I have been trying to get my credit report sorted out since last year.

I was under debt review back in 2013 but was terminated shortly afterwards (18 September 2013). My credit report has been rectified by All Credit Bureaus, except for Experian who now requires confirmation from the NCR via the Debt Help System before they can get that cleared. I have send a mail to the dccomplaints email address on the 17 November 2016 but was only forwarded to Prudence Tsolo on the 13 December 2016 and still have had no feedback. I have tried phoning the NCR on ***with no luck since no one answers the phone or the number is just invalid. I have also tried calling ********** and the same with this number.

I need help in getting this resolved please!!! Can anyone help??

Reviewer Update

So Experian phoned me after the above review. I was in meetings and was unable to answer. They never phoned back, but yet again I did not expect any service or response from them at all. On the other hand I do have an update.

Prudence Tsolo, from the NCR, provided Experian with the details, to rectify my credit report, last month already, again yesterday and again today, but Patricia Mosia keep on telling us (myself and the NCR) that they have not received anything. How is this possible that Experian cannot receive these mails from the NCR? Maybe a filter to spam all mails from the NCR so that they can keep on providing negative credit reports for all consumers.

Patricia Mosia keep revering to systems and now added a form to the list of things they need before they can update my credit report, but Transunion, XDS and Compuscan all have updated my credit report with the same information the NCR send to Experian, but according to them they need other stuff.

I am starting to get the impression that Experian is getting money for every incorrect credit report and for that reason they will not update anything so that they can keep on making more money from incorrect credit reports.

This is a credit bureau that all the banks use. Why? maybe they make money out of that as well to provide banks with incorrect details.

If there is anyone who need to work with Experian on getting stuff resolved...Best of Luck to you, your health and stress levels as they cannot even receive mails from the NCR, when the NCR is assisting you.

Reviewer Update

Apologies the above review was intended for another review about Experian.

The NCR is actually assisting in getting this resolved and Prudance is now assisting me to get this resolved. I only wish Experian can do their jobs like the NCR is doing and assisting now.

Thank You Prudence for your assistance in getting this matter resolved
