Neglect

The national credit regulator don’t adhere or reply back to complaints, I have sent them an email regarding a loan that is a registered under NCR whereby I was reporting of the ***** that happened to me by this loan company Fanisa loans . Unfortunately until today I didn’t get an email back and my money I contacted the bank and they asked me if I contacted NCR and I should have a report from NCR and from the police so that they could trace my money but no NCR wouldn’t reply to my emails
