this company is not working at all and they are so useless just like ANC Government

In 2018 Sandiso khuphe which is my friend approached this lady Gcobisa and they agree to start a business of flats they have started but they ran out of money they were then approached by the lady who was staying in delft that ladies Job was to recruit people who need loans to finish or build flats she was getting paid by I build for doing that she then met with Sandiso and discuss what UBUILD offers and then my friend told her that he is not working and the lady said he can get someone who is working who can just come in with payslip and 3 month banks statement then Sandiso approached different people but all these people failed he then approached me I told him that I will never get approved im under debt review and I have lots of staff under my name that time I was owing African bank 120 000 it was also in an arrears of 120 000 because my financial crisis was too bad was not able to do any payment . Sandiso asked for my id number to send to that lady and was shocked after 10 min when Sandiso said the lady says im clean they can apply using me same day Sandiso arranged that we go meet the lady and give her my documents and there I asked that lady if this account will not be in my name she no its just a formality that time we were in this ladies flat in delft south suburban I then agreed to help them as long as this thing is not in my name and we also agreed that my wife will not know about this. I don’t dispute the documents attached I know them I signed but the lady Im referring to above assisted and she is the one who said must not put real staff because the loan will fail they will say I don’t afford it it’s a pity that I don’t know here name because she was communicating with my friend Sandiso khuphe. I then took a day off we went to I build on our way we drove via Clermont to to pick up Gcobisa the owner of the plot were the flats are being built that was the first time I saw Gcobisa on the day we were going to I build we got there we meet a gentlemen by the name Brian And the tall slim white guy from there brain took us in another room were there was a coloured gentlemen who then after greetings us just told us were too from there what I remember from his words was that he was going to deeds office then the monies will be transferred also the material will be available at Cashbuild but that following week it was going to be long weekend and he was going to attend that after that long weekend. Then the money was paid same month just forgot the date but the money was paid in 2 instalments the n Sandiso went to get material from cash build in delft also got the money that was paid in to my account to pay the workers he gave me R5000 t thank me for standing with them as a thank you that’s is why I don’t dispute the documents signed I know them exactly. What im disputing here is that the I one day woke up and went to I ibuild to apply for the loan and what is painful is that the person who approached me doesn’t feature in this his name is not mentioned anywhere Gcobisa knows the truth that me and her we ere not related what im gathering as Im reading I build response they are confusing the whole situation I want to suspect that some of them didn’t know that im not main applicant somewhere somehow one of i build employees messed up and they don’t want to own up to that and they are lying when they say I didn’t raise this from the beginning there is a lady working for them her name is connie when she called me for the first time to tell me that the loans is in arrears I then told her that she must contact Sandiso and Gcobisa and I have explained to her what Sandiso khuphe did to me she also sympathy’s with me I remember here telling me that I must not have friends like that and later as month goes I was told that Sandiso was removed from the flats he is no longer part of those flats. What pains me most is that at that time me and my wife we were crying day and night praying to God to open for us an opportunity to get out of these financial crisis we were renting at that time and I’m nit that stupid if I knew that my credit was good was going to apply for home loan for me and my family that is why im saying here these people didn’t do proper assessment because f they did first thing they were going to notice that time when they pull out my report was going to see that im under debt review please see my old credit report attached TransUnion can also send you if you request it as they did to me. • First point I have asked FIKILE from NCR to provide me with the credit report I build pulled out when they were doing my application till today, they have not provided one. • Second point there is no payment from my account to I build account since 2018 the people who have been making payments here is Sandiso Khuphe and Gcobisa. • Thirdly I sent an email to them explaining the same thing I have explain above after they have sent guy who is a lawyer to the place was renting his name is nkohla forgot the rest of the name I then wrote to that lawyer the following day and I have copied I build please see email attached to prove that they are lying when they say I have never raised this matter with them. • 4th they didn’t read the contract the day we went to those offices I remember we just signed and they took our pics I don’t know for what reason and they only sent the contract to me in November after I have requested it that’s when I realised that this thing is in my name and my friend Sandiso only signed as witness now it looks like its me who is gcobisa’s business partner in these flats please see attached connies e mail and date when she sent a contract to prove that we were not given an opportunity to read it everything happened so fast. • 5th the flats started to have tenants but the top part was not finished I didn’t get any share of the money only Gcobisa and Sandiso benefited from the money tenants paid as they are business partners. • 6th I don’t even remember them doing confirmation of work at my work place if they did who did they speak to they must please provide records because they have **** when they were replying to Fikile from NCR they even said I went to I build to apply for loan and they said they also came here at work to discuss the loan I was so shocked that such company can lie like that so I would love them to let me know who came and discussed my contract with me at work and at what date please see their reply when they were replying to NCR attached. • Please see attached the documents that proves that I was under debt review I was placed er debt review in 2015 and I have never exited the program since then the only thing I have done is to change debt review companies I only cancelled the debt review in 2019 when I noticed it was not working for me please see court order attached. • Please note that I don’t dispute the accounts and the fact that the monies was paid into my account the money was obviously needed to be paid into my accounts since the account as in my name and when workers needed to be paid also when credit run out at cash build Sandiso would ask me to ask I build to make payment as I was main person but when it was time to go and collect the material I did provided Ibuild with Sandiso khuphe name that he will be collecting please see email exchange from me and Kurt attached. • Also please see attached email from brian bango you will notice in his email that he acknowledges that I’m a middle man here he is asking me to ask Sandiso to send them his quotation on how much his material will cost PLEASE NOTE THIS . • Brian Bango is the one who was liaising with the lady staying in delft who was recruiting people who needs assistance from I build it’s the same lady who met with my friend Sandiso khuphe and told him about IBUILD. • If you take a look at the emails from brian and Kurt you will see that sandiso’s name is appearing a lot confirming what I’m saying that I was misled in this process and I curse the day I went to I build also to even listened to Sandiso and Gcobisa now my life is stacked in one place theirs is going just fine but at the end of the day the God I serve will answer for me one day I may not be rich to fight this in courts but I trust one thing that my tears and the pain I felt ever since this thing is not in vein I am not that evil why would I go to a person ask her to put her house and plot on the line then run after that as indicated above if my credit was that good was going to apply for house and other things I couldn’t qualify for during that period of that application I was so depressed by my financial crisis I even approached my HR here at work to ask them if they can borrow me money or allow me to take some from my pension to pay off my debts and was told that I cant get it unless I resign from work they only offered me to go for counselling sessions with a company here at work called ICAS and I didn’t finish those sessions because I felt like at that time my problems need money not talk and talk and was so suicidal if you need proof of the sessions was going I can request them from ICAS im sure they still have my file. their answer was that i dont have a case while i have forwarded them all the documents and evidence these people were not even calling me to ask some quetions after a year of investigation they have closed the case and they have changed person who was dealing with that case
