I would like to commend the NCR for handling my case with urgency, professionalism and efficiency. I was constantly updated on the progress of my matter and not once did I struggle to get hold of Tshepo Lebusa who was handling my case. He was quick to respond to my queries always. I could tell that he was going beyond his call. The end result of this efficient service was that the case ruled in my favour and the matter was closed.
