NCR - POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

<p>To whom it may concern,</p> <p>I'm currently on Debt Review, but struggling since 2016 to get hold of the Debt Review Company in order to be removed from Debt Review.</p> <p>A complaint was sent to NCR, who did not at first responded to my complain.</p> <p>Eventually I received an email from a lady at NCR, telling me that I need to contact the Debt Review Company for assistance.</p> <p>Explaining that I DO NOT GET HOLD OF THEM, and they not responding to my emails, the lady rep**** and said please contact them?</p> <p>I feel that NCR is not assisting clients when they are struggling with the Debt Reveiw Companies and just ignore the situation and problem, perhaps its too much for them to do? I dont really know.</p> <p>A client is asking for assistance and thats the treatment they receive from a huge company?</p> <p>Always quick to contact clients when something is needed, but when the clients are seeking for assitance no one is able to assist!!</p> <p> </p>
