NCR please help with my dispute

I have sent through a request for this to be escalated please assist me. These people are ********

I got a sms from a place called EZ4U Loans and they stated that I qualify for a bridging loan and I accepted and they had me accept a debit order, which I did. This was done I May this year and until now I have not received any money from them.

I have stopped their debit orders and I even opened a dispute and was informed that my dispute was not successful. I never disputed that I accepted the loan, because I did but I did dispute that I have never received any money from these people and now they are causing problems on my credit score.

When I call EZ4U loans, they can’t seem to find my details using my ID number but they have informed me that they paid a bridging loan of R10000 on my behalf but have failed to provide me with proof of that.

I have recording of me accepting the loan and even have a text message but I never received any money.

Please assist me as I don’t know what else to do at this point.
