NCR PATHETIC SERVICE

I was under debt review but paid it up in Jan 2021 I got my certificate from the NCR stating my debt review has being paid up Now on 21 Jan 2023 i went to Jet stores to open an account & was advised that the NCR still has a block on my name and they gave me the NCR's contact details So on 23 Jan 2023 i sent the following email to the NCR Good day

I am unable to open an account as it advise I have a block on my name. Can you please advise where this block is coming from and how it can be removed as soon as possible. My details are as follows: Nancy Carlyn Philander *** 084

Regards I then got the following reply on 24 Jan 2023 Good day Nancy

Please get your credit report from any of the attached credit bureaus so you can see if you have any adverse information.

I went to open n Jet account on Saturday & was given the NCR's details as they/you still have a blockage on my name which i dont understand as i was fighting with a few credit buearues as from October 2022 till December 2022 to clear my name & i ended up reporting them on Hello Peter to get a decent response.

So is there any evidence you can provide stating that you have cleared my name?

Regards But now it is 31 Jan 2023 & still no reply HOW IS THIS FAIR YOU PAY YOUR DEBT BUT THEY DONT CLEAR YOUR NAME, YOU ASK FOR ASSISTANCE THEN GET IGNORED!!!!!!!
