NCR not taking calls

I had Debtsafe send them a 17.4 form in 2015 to have my debt review flag removed. This was of fourse never done. I had them resend it on the 3rd of July 2023. I have been trying unsuccessfully to follow up on this and to re establish my credit score but you can never reach them as their call centre is down and has been for weeks. Who can help me?
