NCR not helping.

Good day Please assist as don’t know what to do, I app**** for debt review in 2015, I cancelled the debt review as the company I was using kept adding more amounts every month. As far as I was aware the order never went to court and I was not listed under debt review. I have app**** for car finance and they advised me that I am still listed under debt review with Standard Bank. I can’t understand how this can be when Standard bank debited my account with R13 000.00 in 2017 when they are only financial service provide that has me under debt review. I have requested 2 credit reports and nowhere does it state that I am under debt review. Please assist as Standard Bank advised that I need a letter from court stating that I am no longer under debt review, I don’t know how to get this as it was never taken to court. I have contacted the NCR 04 July 2019, and am very unhappy with the service I am getting from them as they are no help whats so ever.

I feel that I have been unfairly handle. Regards Mark
