NCR NO ASSISTANCE TELEPHONICALLY!

I am currently trying to apply for a home loan, but Trans Union Keeps flagging me with a Judgement that is on my name that I want even aware of until now!

Trans Union advised me to contact NCR. I tried contacting NCR countless times but their lines are ALWAYS down! How can anyone operate in a country with BAD SERVICE like this?????
