NCR lost my data

I have been struggling to have my credit status re-instated for close to a year. 3 of the 4 credit buros have updated my status - not sure how because the NCR's DHS system has lost my data.

When my credentials are entered no history comes up. So now no one can do their jobs because there are no history on my name. But Transunion won't update my status, not a chance because my status hasn't been updated. I DON"T HAVE A STATUS ANYMORE because due to some technical issue or someone at NCR I have NO RECORDS.

Seriously, what else is there to do? Move to another country that doesn't rely on computers alone and can use human judgement?
