NCR in cahoots with debt review companies

Don't waste your time or effort to complain to the NCR about being wronged by a business. I went into voluntary debt review. After two years I started getting letters of demand from my creditors. After many emails and calls to Acceptable Debt, I found that my accounts were not paid even though I paid my installment every month. I submitted a complaint to the NCR but they gave me an outcome based on a complaint I lodged 5 years ago. I both cases I had the paperwork to prove I was unfairly treated and wronged by these companies but still the Institution that is supposed to protect consumers, found nothing wrong in their conduct. Pathetic service for the ordinary man.
