NCR embarrassing

So the system has been off for 3 weeks now already. When calling no one has an answer for anything. Tell me how the system can be off for 3/4 weeks and no clear answer in the near future. We all pay taxes. What is our government up to really. This is a total JOKE it’s embarrassing
