NCR - disclosing details of people to 3rd parties

I have received several calls from various debt review companies, who each state they received my contact details from the NCR. Last caller said they specifically ONLY get the contact details from ONLY the NCR. I tried sending a mail to the NCR now on *** and *** and guess what .... it failed. My mail was rejected by their email system!! I suspect this is a default policy on their site to prevent people from contacting them. Nonetheless, it appears the NCR is either giving away or selling the private and confidential information on people to 3rd parties!!
