NCR DELAYED PROCESS REMOVAL OF DEBT REVIEW

Good day Please note, I have submitted the relevant documents to be removed out of Debt Review through my debt councilor Noko-Fin, but the has not being action or concrete reply they keep responding we did not submit correct documents, but we keep submitting the correct documents, but the application keeps failing, please can you assist, with processing my application to be removed out of Debt Review.
