NCR Complaint - P Flynn - C48003

I submitted a complaint regards my debt counselor not doing his job properly with a case number in Sept. I have emailed numerous times. I had been dealing with someone named Nosipho Zikishe and then also Tshepo Andile Matsimela. When I try to call the number provided it just rings. I even cc'd FNB bank in on the complaint and they returned my emailed showing that my account was terminated from debt review , but according to my records the account was already paid up. Between 2009 and 2016 I paid over R20 000 in debt to a R8000 owing account. Apparently under debt review R16 000 is the limit so I have actually over paid. The DC (NCRDC420) and Nosipho and NCR in general do not answer my emails and calls/voice mails. I now have an attorney on my back for money. NCR is not protecting the people as they should be I am not happy. This matter has been going on since September 2017 and needs to be sorted out once and for all. The account in question being FNB Credit Card VODACOM CARD SILVER , I want my debt cleared and my paid up letter. I also want my DC brought to book for his lack of services, resulting in this issue and being harrassed by an attorney for monies which I do not owe to FNB !
