NCR assist debt review organisation to keep poor clients flagged through delay tactics to provide outcomes and or take a ruling

I know there clients that is purely in dark and require more effort to assist them. I have lodged a matter to the NCR and to date I'm told it is been escalated three times, I'm sure the matter is receiving high level priority. The delay has caused me to believe that the NCR's mission with regards to debt review is to make sure that as south Africans we suffer while they play the delay tactic. As I was flagged under debt review incorrectly and now the decision cannot be reversed should I want it reversed I have to approach a court. However the error is on the company that flagged my name not with me, why should I spent for another person's error. I have been waiting about a matter that started October 2022, reported to the ncr june or July if I'm not mistaken. With the necessary proof and evidence that a grade one child will not easily understand. However no outcome and no communication of when to expect the outcome. Through research and other advices, it has become clear that debt review is a manipulation to frustrate people. As the flaws is visible but not to a lay person, however the process has been approved with the flaws which cause prejudice and is discriminating
