NCR a disgraced government department

Pathetic service from NCR after a lodged a formal complaint against Experian. NCR are surpose to regulate and investigate credit beauros who do not follow the regulations and law. But NCR does nothing. Months I've been waiting. The only response from them everytime is that they escalated the complaint and await feedback They a disgrace as most goverment departments.
