NCR 3 years and no finalisation

This is a regulatory authority that is supposed to help the consumer. My case, referenced by them at ITHUSOL (Pty) Ltd, has been with them for over 3 years. Despite this same company losing a case they instituted 6 years ago, it has taken them 3 years and despite various promises for an update, and hundreds of emails requesting feedback, they have done nothing productive and have not provided any feedback other than empty words. Mboniseni Mathivha is the person I am dealing with. Shocking and abysmal service for a regulatory authority that is supposed to act on behalf of and protect consumer rights. Mm
