NCR

Hellow Peter I contact NCR debt department in January for some assistant in 2010 I was under debtor review but in 2012 cancelled it as my account were all paid up the debtor consuler which assistant me at the time just provided me with a letter to say that I am no longer under debt review but my ITC status still show that I am under debt reveiw . When I contact NCR debt department I spoke to a gentlmen call Kevin and he told me that I must look for another debt consuler to assist and remove the listing on Itc as the my previosure debt consuler no longer operate. I tried call left and right and all debt counselor advise me that NCR has to remove me

Then went back to NCR still spoke to Kevin who was adement that debt counsuler has to remove me and one of the debt counseler I approached told me that NCR has to actioned on they side I send complaint to NCR complain department to day still on respond .

I dont understand as NCR is supposling proctection consumer right but my right to a clear It report is not being actioned they keep sending me from one pillar to another its being almost six months without any respond from the complain department not even acknowledgment .
