I contacted them regarding my issue/complaints with Debt hero saying they took my money for 4 months and weren't paying for any of my debts and on my score it's saying I'm in arrears and I'm not over indebted as they had previously placed me.. i know on my score it's supposed to say "no data" if I'm on debt review but my debt just keeps on increasing.. i started emailing them in March asking for help,i email everything they needed from the first call till now no response, when i call them it just rings or it's offline 😭 i really need help to get out of debt review i can't even do anything
