National Credit Regulator (NCR)

I lodged a complaint with National Credit regulator on the 09th of October 2024. Today is the 15th of October 2024, I still haven’t received any acknowledgment of receipt or feedback regarding my complaint. This is unprofessional because people are being ****med daily by Debt review companies and the regulator that is supposed to assist people are failing to do their duties. It cannot be that I lodge a complaint and almost a week I don’t receive any feedback of at least acknowledgement. Justice will never prevail in South Africa when we have regulators that are failing to regulate their respective industries.
