NATIONAL CREDIT REGULATOR CANT BE REACHED

I have been trying to contact the NCR with a problem I have. They don't answer ***, ***, ***. I emailed them also. I downloaded their complaints form but it can't even be filled in electronically. I think alot of people in south africa in trouble with debt. And if the institution put in place to help those people are giving such a poor service then I believe south Africans are in deep trouble with abusing creditors. The government should look into these organisation's like ncr to see if they still doing their work or getting free salaries.
