Lazy, unknowledgeable and no interest in supporting with law and order

First of all, I am appalled by the extremely poor service provided. When trying to find out who to contact for a legal dispute concerning a matter drafted and implemented in their own institution, they were not willing to help. They were also very lazy in reading the documents I sent as evidence and I had to refer back to to the documents where the evidence is mentioned in the documents I sent attached. The whole process was quite arduous. I even had to send the institution "copy and paste" paragraph drafted by them to help them locate the rules they drafted and implemented in the constitution in order for them to help me which they did not do. I am assuming they do not know themselves anyway. I then asked if they are not willing to help me with my issue if they could please at least forward me to the right department or institution. Then the same standard Email was sent again... I inquired who to report the matter to, but I was ghosted ever since then. I was also under the impression that it was in their own interest to ensure that law and order adhered to. But my impression is unfortunately otherwise. So everyone can do as they please. This is very shocking!
