🚨 Lack of Response from the National Credit Regulator (NCR) — Urgent Consumer Concern

I am extremely disappointed with the National Credit Regulator (NCR). I escalated a serious issue regarding Prime Loans, who made an unauthorized deduction from my account, and despite sending all the required documents earlier this week, I have not received a single response.

As a regulator meant to protect consumers, this level of silence and inaction is unacceptable. I expected at least an acknowledgment or update. It feels like consumers are left without real support when we need it most.
