Lack of feedback

Since the 3rd November, I have been requesting a clearance certificate from the NCR. I have spoken to a number of agents(when they did actually answer the phone), and i have emailed them. To date , they have not provided ANY feedback on email, and this has holding up my bond application. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE URGENTLY RESPOND
