Incorrect information

I have been listed as Under debt review which I am Not,both my records from Transunion and Experian don't have that debt review flag or information, I have been trying for e weeks to call the NCR without any luck,no reply on my emails also. I would like matter to be resolved please as this is creating too much mess for me.
