I'm under debt review for no reason

Hello I'm Siyabonga Shabalala I have been under debt review for 5 years I took a loan at african bank I had no problem with repaying it back then the people of debt review started interfering in my personal life they acted as if they will help me to finish up paying the loan quick mean while they made me sign to be under debt review I canceled them with them taking my money and I even finished to pay for the loan but still I'm under debt review I need help to get out of there
