IGNORANCE OF A PROFESSIONAL ENTITY - NCR

My first communion with them was in July regarding a flag on my name that I was unaware of. I send them several emails after that and even try to contact them but was unsuccessful. This flag is making my life very difficult and at this stage I can't even by myself a car, rent a flat open and account and much more. How unprofessional, ********, heartless and stupid to ignore a complaint like this. and
