I logged a complaint on 5 Dec 24 for a incorrect debt review flag to be removed. I have been given the runaround by Thokozani Zondo who my complaint was assigned to. Giving me contacts and emails for Morris Maluleke and Jackson Molepo who does not answer their phones , nor emails. So I am basically stuck. The NCR is supposed to help consumers but they themselves don't come back to you. It's nearly 5 months since my complaint was logged
