Horrible service all round

I really do not understand why people do a work that is not making them happy. I just spoke to Malusi from the time he answered the phone he sounded exhausted, and asked me what do you want. I then told him that I want to lodge a complaint against Debt Busters as they misled me in getting into the contract so i requested call records from Debt Busters and they refused. He told me that its not a valid reason for me to lodge a complaint because I signed the contract, he told me the call records wont assist me so i must let it go then he put my call on mute. When i tried to call again my call was just being dropped it ring once and ends. I want to know what is the call records supposed to do if the company's dont give them to us even though they tell us that if you what them they can be made available for you now i want them they refuse. Who is NCR supposed to assist us or the companies.
