Help me

I have serious complain with NCR department I told them almost every day to refere me to debit review department because I paid up acc am not under debt review because I never agree or sigh any debit review documents... firstly I give NCR to check is true am under debit review they told they removed me buy it's still appears on the credit like all bank very time a apply for a loan via bank my application decline when I call the difference bank why my application decline they told me am under debit review I need to submit the rejection letter or withdrawal letter NCR debit review they told me they can't help me I needed to go to court I went to Court today...they say NCR not telling me the truth and yes they can give me lawyer contact number...after that I did call different lawyer they provide me with via Rustenburg Court they ask me to pay R2500 other lawyers R3000 I did call other counselor they also want me to pay R2000 upfront I don't trust counselor am In The mess from Afri sa counselor...please help me to removed to debit review red flag 🔐💔
