Handling of Complaints

I dont understand NCR at all, they register suppliers but cant regulate or control them. It looks like NCR is busy registering(glorifying) matshonisas. The latest batch of suppliers they are approving as money lenders all they do is threaten their clients and what do NCR do, fold their hands and say they cant do anything. HONESTLY thats stupid of a regulator board, rather useless whilst we get killed
