Follow up on payment deducted by CDS Consulting (PTY) LTD

I am asking for NCR to update me on the progress of the investigation against CDS Consulting (PTY) LTD and the expected timeline for the refund of funds debited from my bank account on 30 July 2025. I submitted all the documents required by NCR and received reference number.
