Exploitation by rcs

Last year when lockdown was implemented I did not work for several months. When we finally got to work, we only worked 2 and 3 day cycles. We still not working to full capacity. When lockdown started in March last year, I app**** to rcs for the relief that I was entitled to, that I was paying extra for. I got no response from them. I kept applying but they never excepted my relief application. Now the not only pushed up my debt, but also keep sending me sms's from attorneys. 1st of all they should've helped me. Secondly if I failed to pay my debt for several months, they should've stopped adding interest to my debt. It's a clear violation of my law. Rcs is blatantly exploiting people like me. Making money of us by *******ly pushing debt up when they know interest should have stopped accumulating by a certain point. We are dependent on the hospitality industry and as we know its not going good in that industry, hence we struggling as well. Due to rcs not wanting to help me when they should've and due to them exploiting me in this manner, I ask that you review this and write off my debt I owe rcs. We all are struggling and I'm amazed at how greedy a huge company like rcs is. How exploitive they are. I'm struggling to feed my family and I just can't cope anymore .
