Escalation / Call Centre ***Terrible / DCC Complaints

To whom it might concern.

First dispute raised 21st November ********** its either i have to call or send a 2nd, 3rd who knows how many emails i have to send until someone actually picks up that this is in-fact a serious matter.

I have not had any joy since Tuesday 10th Jan when trying to make contact with NCR on ***, I have been holding on that helpline between 35 up to 58 minutes per call with more than 8 calls being made over four days. The service is ********** and managing a Call Centre myself I can only imagine all the other clients suffering along with me trying to resolve matters that are not meaningless.

I last spoke to Andre from the complaints division assuring me that someone will be in contact with me concerning my matter escalated to NCR for resolution. To date since the 16th November i have made over 106 calls to NCR to resolve a matter thats not in my control and best advised that i bring it to the NCR attention for solution.

I first brought my matter to NCR attention on 21st November and only having the only avenue of communication between myself and Andre that has gone to wits end to resolve my matter. Note that all required documents, affidavits, proof etc. has been sent to best solve my matter of concern.

This problem that I have with my name being listed under Debt review is playing with my livelihood and my employer is not concerned with the internal communications stream with NCR. I am border lining losing my JOB through such petty mistakes.

I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Andre at NCR complaints that to date has been the only person that was willing or rather concerned about my case. He has since then been on leave and have advised that my matter will be escalated and resolved by another division within NCR.

Please can someone anyone that has 10% concern regarding my problem please make contact with me. This has gone on for long enough.
