Disappointment

I am so disappointed by the National Credit Regulator( NCR) services. I lodged a complaint about the bogus Debt review consultants a month ago to them. I literally provided everything they wanted as the evidence of me being ****med by that consultants but nothing is happening. I tried calling them in several occasions but they(NCR) dropped my calls i was so shocked because I thought they are there to protect the public at large but seems like they are in cahoots with the ********. Now i don't know should I do. I am so defeated
