Disappointed

I made enquiries about consolidation loans at Debt Busters, this lady called Ayabonga assessed me asked for my ID,bank statement and my signature online to confirm my assessment.Same day I was emailed M16 form that I'm under debt cancelling and review without even proper explanation of the process and chance to think about it .I didn't even sign debit orders cancellation consent form or mandatory debit form that was emailed to me.After I read this forms same day I told this lady I want to cancel but she ignored my emails because she already informed credit providers that I'm under debt review.Debt busters mislead and trapped people to be under dept review.People must be careful of giving information and important documents online let alone the signature.My credit score is not that bad 678 and I believe I should have been given a chance to think about debt review process instead of being forced to it.I complaint to NCR but no response,I guess this is how SA is nowdays and it's sad.The implications I went through is sad because my bank cancelled my card same day and the following day my debit orders couldn't deduct money which complicated everything.I'm very disappointed that we losing trust in institution like NCR which is reputable because you complain but won't be answered.
