Disappointed

I am so disappointed by the National Credit Regulator( NCR) services. I sent them an email complaining about the bogus Debt review consultant three months ago to them. I tried calling them in several occasions but they(NCR) dropped my calls l was so shocked because I thought they are there to protect the public at large but it seems I am wrong. Now i don't know should I do. I am so frustrated.
