Defeated

I'm disappointed, in the service I've received from NCR I've been trying to get hold of company that put my name under debt review with no luck, the company doesn't respond to my emails calls they don't go through I've spoke to Trans union I was advised that NCR have the power to assist me if I can't get hold of the company that placed me under debt review instead of them assisting me each time I call them they give me different numbers of the company that did my restructuring

What is the purpose of the NCR if not to assist us with creditors and business that treat consumers unfairly
